Patient Access Operations Manager: Elevate Care & Access

Baptist Health in Miami is seeking a Patient Access Operations Manager to lead patient flow across multiple service lines and sites. You will develop policies, implement process improvements, and partner with Finance to oversee budgeting and performance metrics. The role requires at least 5 years in healthcare leadership, strong communication, and experience with HIPAA and EMR systems.
