Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Pleasant Hill, CA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. We seek a clinician who will deliver skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered outcomes. Minimum Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred. Demonstrated experience with evaluating and treating geriatric and medically complex patients preferred. Client requires availability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. (Client-specific requirement.) Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:00–16:30. Work days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
