About the Role: We are seeking a dependable, organized, and clinically strong Quality Assurance / Wound Care Nurse to support resident care, wound monitoring, documentation, audits, and follow-through. As a QA/Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in monitoring wounds, skin concerns, treatments, and follow-up needs, as well as completing wound assessments, documentation, and provider/family updates.
