Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a Med Surg unit at a hospital facility. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care Delegating tasks to licensed nursing staff Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Qualifications BSN or ADN from an accredited institution Preferred experience in Critical Care and ER Current nursing licensure in applicable state(s) BCLS certification within one month Key Duties Work 12-hour shifts on rotating days/nights Cover weekends and holidays No call obligations Possibility of remote or hybrid work options Additional info: Compensation ranges from $44.69 to $64.48 per hour, with incentives up to $10,000 for BSN holders.
