Position Details Job Type: Full-time Location: Dublin or Columbus, OH Client Focus: Individuals (from ages 6 to 99), couples, and families Clinical Areas: Trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Meet productivity requirements of 23 clients/week on a consistent basis Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing Who We’re Looking For Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio as LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, or LISW‑S, LPCC‑S Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams What We Offer Supportive/collaborative clinical team Opportunities for continuing education and professional development Flexible scheduling options A rewarding and mission-driven environment where your work truly makes a difference Join Us If you’re ready to grow your career in a thriving, supportive practice, we’d love to hear from you.
