Now Hiring: Community Support Professionals (CSPs) & Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Join the Gifted Potentials Team!

Location: Philadelphia & Surrounding Areas
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Opportunities (6–30 hours per week)

We are seeking dedicated, patient, and dependable Community Support Professionals (CSPs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual, developmental, and hearing disabilities.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized support in the home and community.

• Assist individuals with achieving personal goals and increasing independence.

• Support community integration, recreational outings, and social engagement.

• Assist with daily living activities as needed.

• Encourage independence while promoting dignity, respect, and safety.

• Document services accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.

Qualifications

Required:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass required background clearances

Preferred:

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community

• Direct Support Professional or Community Support experience
