Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions independently or in collaboration with physicians (as per credentialing)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Needed

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Virginia
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or specialty equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure within 90 days)
