Part-Time Intake/Admissions Coordinator + Administrative Assistant (SUD)
We are seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Intake/Admissions Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to join our substance use disorder/sober living team.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls from referral sources and potential clients
- Screening potential intakes and coordinating admissions
- Verifying Colorado Medicaid eligibility
- Explaining program rules, expectations, and requirements
- Scheduling intakes and coordinating placement into sober living homes
- Tracking referrals and following up with potential clients
- Providing support with weekend client referrals and admissions as needed
- Ordering and organizing supplies for our houses
- Checking mail and maintaining a clean, organized main office
- Assisting leadership with general administrative duties as needed
Ideal candidate: Professional, outgoing, compassionate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with behavioral health, SUD services, Medicaid, admissions, or healthcare administration.
Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend referral/admission support as needed.
Pay: $23-26/hr/DOE
