Lead M&A Attorney - Global Deals & Integration (Remote)

Cognizant is seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join the Corporate Development legal group. The role focuses on U.S. transactions with international work, acting as lead M&A deal counsel through structuring, due diligence, documentation, signing and integration. You will draft and negotiate definitive documents, lead deal teams, perform due diligence, and coordinate with tax, finance, HR, IP, ethics, privacy, IT and security.
