Position Overview Store 1409‑Wilton Mall, maurices, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Regular/Full‑time position with hourly pay of $18.09 – $19.82 per hour plus monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Eligible for benefits after 6 months of employment. Responsibilities Assist in supervising the store team, creating an unforgettable shopping experience. Interact with customers, lead the customer experience with the store team. Strategize to achieve team sales goals and execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) such as opening and closing the store. Support training and development of team members. Take initiative in making decisions and participating in store operations. Ensure accurate and efficient execution of store processes. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred). Ability to foster a team and create a positive working environment. Experience in training and directing others. Strong initiative, decision‑making, and goal‑achievement skills. Computer proficiency and flexibility in schedule. At least 18 years of age.
