DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:- COOK ALL SAUTE ITEMS TO MENU EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS.- COMPLETE OR ASSIST WITH GRILL AND FRY DUTIES AS APPLICABLE.- ENSURE PROPER TIMING AND CONSISTENCY BY COMMUNICATING WITH GRILL AND FRY AS APPLICABLE.- PRESENT FOOD IN WINDOW FOR FOH DELIVERY MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND CONSISTENCY AT ALL TIMES.AM SPECIFIC DUITES/RESPONSIBILITIES- STOCK/RE-STOCK HOT LINE ITEMS AS APPLICABLE/MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE LABELEDPM SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- STOCK/RE-STOCK HOT LINE ITEMS AS APPLICABLE/MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE LABELED- CHECK FOIL UNDER SAUTE AND SALIMANDOR AND CHANGE AS NEEDED.- PULL SAUTE BLOCKS AND SOAK ONCE WEEKLY.
