Join Our Team! Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our high-energy team in Delray Beach. What We're Looking For: * Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting ($6-$8 million annual sales) * Strong understanding of restaurant operations, both Front and Back of House * A hands-on leader who can motivate a team and deliver outstanding guest experiences Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily restaurant operations, including both FOH and BOH * Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction * Efficiently address and resolve customer concerns * Lead and supervise shifts with confidence and professionalism * Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety standards * Support the restaurant's image and continuously look for areas of improvement * Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting * Proven leadership and team management skills * Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service * Comfortable working 10-12 hour shifts as needed Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career?
