Summary The Client Advisor delivers exceptional service and the Tiffany Experience by building strong client relationships and representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. The role combines strategic client development with hands‑on selling to drive repeat business and meet commercial targets. Client Advisors are expected to foster clienteling, cultivate outreach, and create memorable in‑store experiences. Responsibilities Embody the brand and deliver exceptional client experiences using the Tiffany touch Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Capture and maintain client data and cultivate outreach business Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and elevated appointment experiences Leverage product knowledge to drive business through key product pillars Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client‑facing hospitality roles Proven track record of achieving commercial results Ability to connect with diverse clients and deliver personalized service Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook Authorization to work in the United States Preferred: college degree and proficiency in multiple languages #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
