Executive Concierge

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote – Thursdays) Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 total compensation (base salary + discretionary bonus) The Opportunity My client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and growth-oriented Assistant. This role is an entry point into an amazing hedge fund with opportunity for internal career growth. Responsibilities Executive & Operational Support Serve as a trusted operational partner to the CIO and leadership team, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Manage light calendar coordination Ensure executives are prepared and physically where they need to be throughout the day, including facilitating transitions between meetings. Handle day-to-day administrative needs, including meal coordination, printing, and office logistics. Personal & Logistics Support Assist with personal assistant-style responsibilities, including coordinating lunches, preparing materials, organizing belongings, and supporting daily logistics. Coordinate with drivers, building access teams, and other service providers to ensure seamless executive experiences. Serve as a liaison between the executive's office and personal support network when needed. Event & Team Support Assist with planning and execution of internal events, speaker series, book clubs, and community-building initiatives. Candidate Profile 1-3 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordination, operations, hospitality, production assistant, or executive support capacity.
