Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Location: Halethorpe, MD| Job Type: Full-Time We are actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative, value-based outpatient care team in Baltimore, MD. This opportunity offers a patient-focused environment , reduced daily patient volume, and strong interdisciplinary support to help providers deliver high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Manage chronic and preventive care for adult and geriatric patients Coordinate specialty referrals, home health, and follow-up care Collaborate closely with an integrated team-based care model Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited program Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Active or eligible Maryland medical license Active DEA preferred Experience with Medicare Advantage or value-based care preferred Position Highlights Outpatient-only setting Reduced patient volume for better patient engagement Strong support staff including care coordinators, pharmacists, behavioral health, and coders Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Collaborative and physician-friendly environment
