Maintenance Technician

Performs a variety of duties in and around buildings and grounds of Inspira Health Network to maintain equipment, machinery, systems, furniture and buildings in good working and structural repair.

Education & Experience:

• High school graduate or equivalent and trade school certification (after high school).
• Minimum of 2 years' maintenance experience required with 5 years preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

• Valid driver's license required to operate any Inspira owned vehicles.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability inspects facilities and equipment.
• Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and central systems.
• A working knowledge of fuel and steam systems.
• Ability to perform mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge and observance of safety precautions.
• Must have a knowledge of electrical / mechanical systems of private buildings and safety codes.
