Annual Salary: $65,000-$ 75,000
Bonus Eligibility: Store Manager Bonus Program opportunity of up to an additional $1,600 per month

Store Manager – S Burlington, VT

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a strong, motivated Store Manager to lead our Burlington team and drive the success of our retail and wholesale parts business. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, building customer relationships, growing sales, and taking ownership of a business, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll have a direct impact on the success of your store. You'll:

• Grow sales by developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong business results
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement
• Partner with outside sales to build and maintain wholesale accounts
• Manage store profitability, payroll, scheduling, and controllable expenses
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, receiving, and loss prevention
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and ready for customers
• Resolve customer concerns and find solutions that exceed expectations
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management
• Work with your Area Manager to execute sales initiatives and business plans
• Lead by example and create opportunities for your team members to learn and grow

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and getting involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.

You'll ideally have:

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, automotive parts, or a related industry
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A track record of building customer relationships and driving sales
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but strong retail leaders who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
