ROLE DESCRIPTION
Matt Poston State Farm Insurance is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing sales goals for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.BENEFITS

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Comfortable communicating with clients via email, phone and text.QUALIFICATIONS
Sales experience preferred Proactive and solutions based mindset Ability to effectively communicate to a customer to sell needs-based insurance products Property & Casualty license acquired within 30 days of employment.
