What We Offer as a Driver Recruiter Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Professional development and career advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented workplace culture Key Responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter Driver Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and community outreach Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and follow-up communications Achieve hiring goals through proactive recruiting efforts Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community recruitment initiatives Driver Onboarding & Hiring Support Serve as the primary point of contact for driver candidates throughout the hiring process Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for Independent Contractors (ICs) Guide candidates through application requirements, licensing, compliance documentation, and onboarding procedures Ensure a seamless, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience Assist new drivers with questions and provide ongoing support during the onboarding process Driver Engagement & Retention Build strong relationships with newly onboarded and active drivers Promote a positive driver culture through regular communication and engagement Address driver concerns and connect them with appropriate resources and support teams Partner with leadership to support retention efforts and driver satisfaction programs Encourage long‑term driver success through relationship‑building and ongoing support Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records Track recruitment activity, onboarding progress, and hiring metrics Prepare reports and provide recruiting updates to management Support workforce planning and recruiting initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a positive candidate and driver experience Qualifications of a Driver Recruiter Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, human resources, or a related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities Highly organized with strong time‑management skills Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Professional, dependable, and team‑focused attitude Passion for helping individuals find rewarding opportunities and achieve success Why Join Us?
