Speech Language Pathologist - SLP

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities Assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions using standardized tests and clinical observation. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document in electronic medical records. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment and adhere to regulatory standards. Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities. Qualifications & Skills Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Current BLS certification. Preferred: Master’s degree or higher, CCC-SLP, and relevant experience (new grads welcome). Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to move and assist with equipment, and sensory acuity.
