USSE seeks a founding Corporate Secretary to maintain the corporate record, ledger, and governance documents for a Delaware corporation operating with blockchain-enabled transactions. You will verify every on-chain act is authorized by a proper resolution and manage the stock ledger and on-chain token distinctions.
