Your Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to secure top-notch diagnostic images for physician evaluation
• Partner with radiologists and the multidisciplinary team to guarantee accurate diagnostic assessments
• Ensure proper patient positioning and equipment calibration for optimal imaging
• Implement radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and the medical team
• Keep comprehensive records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep documentation
• Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging experience
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Education Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology essential; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Graduation from an accredited radiology education program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography required
• Current BLS certification or ability to acquire within 90 days after hiring

Essential Skills

• Solid understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety guidelines
• Exceptional communication skills with patients and team members
• Adept at functioning in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities seamlessly
• Detail-driven with a commitment to accountability
• Comfortable using PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
