ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding coverage, customer needs, and how to truly help people when it matters most. I attended the University of Illinois in Champaign and am a proud parent of two. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, and staying active- snowboarding used to be a favorite before moving to the Midwest.
Community involvement is important to me, and I stay engaged through the local Rotary and TEDx, reflecting our commitment to growth, learning, and giving back. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Danny Chung - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
