Salary: $19.62/hr

We are actively recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Customer Service Representative for our client, a housing assiatance organization in Worcester, MA. The main responsibilities of this position will be to enter order information forpeople looking for housing assistance.

Responsibilities:

Collecting and processing payments from homeowners
Provide excellent customer service when responding to customer inquires
Enter financial data and information into State system

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of financial or accounting experience required
Proficient in MS Office, internet, and other computer skills
Customer service experience
Strong attention to details for accuracy
