With a robust project pipeline and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key leadership role in delivering high-profile projects and supporting the company's ongoing expansion. Job Description Glimpse of your role: Manage full project lifecycle for multi-family and commercial construction projects Lead project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors Serve as primary point of contact with owner's, architects, and stakeholders Oversee budgets, schedules, and change management Ensure strict compliance with public procurement, safety, and documentation standards Review contracts, subcontracts, drawings, and specifications Mentor junior project management staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 7+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction. Strong project experience on multi-family, commercial, healthcare, k-12. Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
