Job Description: The Physician’s Health Group Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists in the development and
implementation of patient care plans for pediatric patients in accordance with departmental
policies and procedures.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Evaluates all incoming patients for services, documents the nature of the problem, and records current medications in the patient’s medical record.
  
• Takes and records patient vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, height, and weight.
  
• Assists Physicians, Physicians assistants and Nurse Practitioners with direct patient care.
  
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies 

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School
  
• Current LPN License in the State of Georgia
  
• Current BLS Certification.
