What You ll Do

• Provide expert Neonatal Nurse Practitioner care in a Level-III NICU setting
• Collaborate with Neonatologists and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Use advanced neonatal interventions including high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, brain cooling
• Participate in clinical appointment to Mercer Medical School
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and interventions
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to a supportive environment at a Magnet-designated hospital

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Neonatology (FNP, PNP not acceptable)
• Minimum 2+ years of recent NNP experience in a hospital NICU setting
• Current Georgia state licensure or eligibility to practice in Georgia
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and ventilator management

Preferred:

• Experience with high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
