Senior Supply Chain Business Process Consultant Job Title: Senior Supply Chain / Business Process Consultant Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description: We seek a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain/ Business Process Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in strategy development, business transformation, and supply chain optimization, particularly in aerospace and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, from operational staff to C-suite executives, to drive impactful results. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive end-to-end supply chain strategies and business transformation initiatives, particularly in aerospace and MRO environments. Provide expert guidance in optimizing supply chain processes, driving cost reductions, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing overall business performance. Develop, present, and implement supply chain solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. Collaborate with executive leadership, including C-suite executives, to ensure that supply chain strategies align with broader business goals and organizational objectives. Work directly with operational teams and frontline staff to implement solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure a smooth flow of operations. Analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance supply chain performance and decision-making. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Manage and mentor junior consultants, guiding them in executing projects and helping them develop professionally. Act as a subject matter expert in supply chain management within the aerospace and MRO sectors, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and develop customized solutions to address their challenges. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on aerospace, MRO, and business transformation. Proven experience working with both lower-level operational staff and senior leadership (C-suite executives). Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions to diverse audiences. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions. Hands-on experience with supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives. In-depth knowledge of supply chain strategies, best practices, and industry standards (e.g., SCOR, Lean, Six Sigma). Experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Supply Chain, or equivalent). Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPSM, or equivalent).
