RD Chemist

Position Summary We currently have openings in our Research and Development Department for Chemist. The R&D Chemist is responsible for converting product concepts into physical products, conducting testing, writing and executing all methods validation studies, and conducting plant trials. Candidates should be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for candidates that have a "can-do" attitude and have the following: Preparing laboratory solutions Assisting in development of cleaning procedures Maintaining /cleaning R&D equipment and production equipment after R&D use Performing routine testing of new products under development Assisting in sending test samples to outside laboratories Assisting in batching and filling line trials Compiling R&D data, results, and observations Maintaining accurate data records in a laboratory notebook Knowledge of and adherence to GMP regulations All other duties as necessary Qualifications Candidates should be detail-oriented, an innovative thinker, a self-starter, and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for candidates that have a "can-do" attitude and have the following: Chromatography, formulation & cleaning commercial pharmaceutical equipment Experience in a chemical laboratory (preferably in a manufacturing environment) BS in Chemistry or related field, preferred cGMP experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
