Business Analyst II

Job Description

Applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to a particular business specialization. Analyzes business conditions and assists in the development of business policies. Compiles and prepares reports, graphs, and charts of data.

Job Qualifications

Four years of experience in finance and accounting or information technology.

OR

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, business management, information technology, or economics, and two years of experience in finance and accounting or information technology.

OR

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, business management, information technology, or economics, completion of the Financial Management Training Program(FMT), and one year of experience in finance or accounting.

• ACCOUNTING - Preferred
• BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
• BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred
• ECONOMICS - Preferred

Certificate/License (one of):

• ACCOUNTANT (CPA) - Preferred
• CERT MGMT ACCT (CMA) - Preferred

Major Duties

Documents, develops, tests, and implements program and/or product solutions.
System maintenance, research, and identify system/customer issues.
Ad hoc reports, fact papers, presentations, and product user guides.
Cooperates and coordinates with other departments and contractors in the preparation of the analysis, research, design, development, conversion, and implementation of programs, projects, and/or systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
