Location: Charlestown, IN 47111
Pay: $20–$25/hour — based on experience and job qualifications
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | Schedule TBD

Looking for a full-time, hands-on job with competitive pay and a Monday–Friday schedule? Join our team as a Ready-Mix Concrete Driver !

You'll be responsible for safely delivering ready-mix concrete, operating and maintaining your mixer truck, and helping keep deliveries running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and staying active throughout the day.

What You'll Do

Safely deliver ready-mix concrete to production areas within the plant/yard.
Operate and care for your assigned mixer truck.
Complete required daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
Check vehicle fluids and perform basic daily maintenance.
Check concrete loads and monitor slump as required.
Handle and attach mixer chute extensions weighing 40+ lbs.
Climb truck ladders to inspect loads and rinse the hopper.
Keep the cab, drum, and exterior of the truck clean and well-maintained.
Remove concrete buildup using proper cleaning equipment and procedures.
Assist with general site and facility duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and helping other departments when needed.
Follow company policies, supervisor instructions, and all safety procedures.

Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Organized and able to complete assignments accurately and on time.
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 40+ lbs. , climbing ladders, and handling truck equipment.
Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
