Join a Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working night shifts from 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The RN will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum process. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both routine and high-risk obstetric situations while ensuring safe, patient-centered care. Requirements: 2+ years of Obstetrics (OB) experience required
AWHONN Certification completed within the last 2 years required
NRP Certification required
BLS Certification (AHA) required
ACLS Certification (AHA) required
Active Michigan RN License required
Experience caring for laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients required
Strong fetal monitoring and maternal assessment skills preferred
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed required
