What You’ll Do: Perform bridge design calculations and structural analysis Support the development of plans, specifications, and cost estimates Contribute to technical reports and project documentation Participate in design discussions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Work with senior engineers and project managers on transportation projects Support project delivery for ODOT, local agencies, and national clients Engage in a variety of projects that will broaden your technical skillset What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 4+ years of bridge or transportation engineering experience Ohio PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and technical writing skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work Comfortable working both in the office and occasionally in the field Salary Range: The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
