Supplier Quality Engineer

Our client, a leading aerospace and advanced manufacturing company, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality department supporting Supplier Quality & Manufacturing Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , attention to detail , and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Clearwater, FL (33764, United States)
Pay Range: $50.48/hr

What’s the Job?

• Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct supplier audits to evaluate capabilities and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to support manufacturing and supplier quality activities

What’s Needed?

• U.S. Citizenship (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or similar role
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and handling hardware non-conformities
• Knowledge of root cause corrective action methodologies and supplier audits
