Construction labor

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Location: East Valley, AZ

Responsibilities

• Assist with fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom metal products
• Read blueprints and take accurate measurements
• Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, and shop equipment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Support installation crews at commercial and residential job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in outdoor and shop environments
• Construction, carpentry, landscaping, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM (10-hour shifts) with overtime available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
