Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Direct nursing care experience - Ability to implement and monitor patient care plans - Strong communication skills Description: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Dress code: Royal Blue Scrubs.
