Primary Care Physician

Signature Healthcare has been caring for our community for 125 years and we will continue to care for our community for the next 125 years. We are seeking primary care providers who want to help us continue our legacy of delivering safe, high-quality healthcare for all.

Our Primary Care Providers practice medicine as part of a multidisciplinary team caring for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds across 15 ambulatory locations in southeastern Massachusetts.

Our schedule is four clinical days and one administrative day. We offer physician representation on our Board of Directors, integrated care coordination with support staff, and full marketing support to help grow our provider's practices. Signature Healthcare also offers our providers clinical administrative support, which enables them to focus exclusively on the clinical aspects of outpatient care.

We serve a population of approximately 420,000 in a primary service area of 20 communities with total of 2,700 staff members seeing patients in Abington, Bridgewater, Brockton, Hanson, Easton, Randolph, and Raynham . We practice using the Lean management system, providing all employees a significant role in improving our environment of care through problem solving, generating improvement suggestions, goal setting and measuring results.

Requirements:

• Massachsuetts license, license to practice without restriction in the state of Massachusetts
• Must be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine
• MA CSR and Federal DEA
