We're seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout the Cleveland/Akron region — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Northeast Ohio• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staffPhlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferredStrong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patientsReliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+Excellent customer service and communication skillsThe self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible scheduleCompetitive pay and mileage reimbursementFlexible scheduling and an independent work environmentThe stability of the nation's largest long-term-care laboratoryPurpose in every visit — you are how care reaches patients who can't come to us
