Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care | Albuquerque, New Mexico. This travel, temporary assignment starts on 09/19/2026 and runs for 5 weeks. Weekly pay is 966 - 974 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12 nights (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) in a skilled nursing, long-term care setting. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, under supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders; document responses and any changes in resident status.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, notice subtle or rapid changes, and escalate concerns to the supervising RN promptly.
- Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures; promote resident safety, mobility, and dignity.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, infection control practices, medication administration procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or eligible for NM licensure) and in good standing.
- Local Albuquerque area candidates preferred (LOCAL ONLY).
- Availability to work 3x12 night shifts (19:00–07:30) with guaranteed hours.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Graduation from an approved LPN program; CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills; ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
