Community Outreach Specialist (Door-to-Door Outreach | Independent Contractor)

We're a locally owned Idaho company dedicated to helping homeowners navigate difficult situations with honesty, compassion, and integrity. Our goal is simple, educate first, build trust, and help people understand their options before they lose their equity, their home, or their peace of mind.

We work with homeowners facing situations such as pre-foreclosure, probate, inherited property, divorce, financial hardship, relocation, and other challenging circumstances.

This is a face-to-face, door-to-door outreach position. You'll spend your days in neighborhoods throughout the Treasure Valley speaking with homeowners, building relationships, and identifying those who may benefit from speaking with our team. This is not a high-pressure sales job. Success comes from being genuine, compassionate, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated neighborhoods throughout the Treasure Valley.
• Build genuine relationships with homeowners through respectful, meaningful conversations.
• Educate homeowners about available options and identify those who may benefit from speaking with our team.
• Schedule qualified follow-up appointments for our acquisitions team.
• Accurately document conversations and appointments using our CRM.
• Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and empathy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection.
• Coachable, dependable, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous door-to-door sales, canvassing, appointment setting, or direct sales experience.
• Customer service, hospitality, or relationship-based sales experience.

Compensation

We offer a paid training and evaluation period followed by a performance-based compensation program that rewards consistency, initiative, and results.

Successful team members have the opportunity to earn $45,000-$100,000+ annually , with uncapped earning potential .
