Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent support to customers by answering questions, assisting with orders, resolving delivery-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt assistance
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
• Help customers determine product or service needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns during the delivery process
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and installation practices
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in high-stress situations
• Perform additional administrative or customer support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible team player
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Work Environment

This position works in a professional office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing systems.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
