Benefits & HR Operations Specialist
GLEAMNS Human Resources Commission, Incorporated
GLEAMNS Human Resources Commission, Incorporated is seeking a Benefits Administrator to administer, process, and maintain our benefits programs for a diverse workforce in South Carolina. You will support open enrollment, retirement disbursements, and COBRA, while ensuring payroll deductions are accurate and compliant with regulations.
The role reports to the Human Resources Director and requires an associate degree and at least two years in a social services environment.
