$10 hourly + tips to start

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all elements of a limited menu and beverage operation, including drink preparation, light food preparation, and data input.
• Take care of guest concerns regarding the pool bar and report back to the Manager.
• Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Provide guests with outstanding service.
• Operate the P.O.S system and prepare daily specials.
• Maintain inventory and order guides, receive and store items properly.
• Ensure the pool bar is always neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• High level of professionalism.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Customer service-oriented, ensures each guest has an excellent experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least one (1) year of bartending experience is required.
• At least one (1) year of restaurant experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather.
