Physical Therapist - Outpatient Services

Location: Hamburg, KY

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient care focusing on pelvic health, general orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and gait/balance training. The clinician will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity expectations, with a target of 60 visits per week.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and participate in team meetings.
• Float to other clinics as required, primarily working in Hamburg.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.
• Active PT license required.
