Seeking a full-time remote Manager of Rates and Electrification, this position will lead research and analysis projects focused on clean energy adoption in the U.S. buildings sector, emphasizing rate design, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Key responsibilities Manage long-term rates work stream, including project execution and delivery of high-quality outputs Serve as a subject matter expert on rate design, ensuring technical rigor and feasibility of solutions Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain relationships with industry partners and government agencies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, public policy, finance, or a related quantitative field 6+ years of relevant professional experience in building decarbonization, utility regulation, or clean energy policy Direct experience managing staff or leading project teams Proven track record of managing complex projects from scoping through final delivery Superior written and verbal communication skills with experience creating high-impact deliverables
