What you’ll need to be our Education Manager Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with 15 credit hours in Early Childhood, is required by the Office of Head Start Extensive experience in educational settings (early childhood, K-12, special education, or related) serving children Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to set clear expectations, coach team members, and hold staff accountable to performance and compliance standards Previous experience working in education at a Head Start program, preferred Working knowledge of the Head Start Act, Performance Standards, Early Learning Outcomes Framework (ELOF), and related regulations and requirements, preferred Why you’ll love working with us Salary range: $66,194.00 – $70,000.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
