Registered Nurse – Post Anesthesia Care UnitSchedule12-hour day shifts, with schedule varying between 10:30 AM and 11 PM.Assignment DetailsContract length: 16 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.AHA BLS certification.ACLS certification.PALS certification.Experience with Cerner EMR.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care in the post-anesthesia care unit.Monitor patients' recovery from anesthesia and manage pain control.Assess and document patients' conditions and progress.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient care.Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery.Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.Compliance / NotesMust be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).Client Details City Duluth State GA
