Mobile HVAC/Building Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Mobile Engineer (EPA Universal Required)
Location: Cleveland, OH

Role Overview:
Field-based Mobile Engineer responsible for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems maintenance across assigned facilities. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, repair work, and maintaining building uptime through preventive and reactive maintenance.

What you’ll do:

Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and building equipment issues
Complete preventive maintenance tasks on facility systems
Handle general building maintenance (lighting, fixtures, structural repairs, etc.)
Respond to breakdowns and urgent facility issues
Perform routine inspections of building systems
Complete work orders and document all maintenance activity
Support vendors and outside contractors when needed
Maintain compliance with all safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

EPA Universal Certification required
Strong HVAC and building systems experience
Experience with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently
Background in commercial facility maintenance
