Job Description\n Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hyannis, Massachusetts.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 09/28/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, rotating\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n ICU / CVICU RN – Massachusetts\n Primary Unit: ICUFloat: CVICU required; may also float to Med/Surg Tele based on operational need and low censusRequired Experience\n \n Prior critical care / ICU experience\n CVICU experience required\n Strong hemodynamic monitoring skills\n Ventilator management experience\n Intracranial pressure monitoring experience preferred/expected for ICU practice\n Required License / Certifications\n \n Active Massachusetts RN license\n BLS\n ACLS\n Preferred Qualifications\n \n BSN\n CCRN\n TCAR\n Approved De-escalation Certification\n Responsibilities\n \n Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care\n Administer medications and monitor patient response\n Manage high-acuity critically ill patients\n Perform and interpret hemodynamic monitoring\n Provide ventilator care and advanced critical care interventions\n Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation\n Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team\n Provide patient/family education and discharge planning\n Supervise and delegate to ancillary staff appropriately\n Function as a clinical resource and demonstrate charge nurse proficiency\n Maintain patient safety, infection-control, and confidentiality standards\n Recruiter Notes\n This is primarily an ICU assignment with required CVICU floating, so candidates must have solid CVICU experience. Travelers must also be comfortable floating to Med/Surg Tele if ICU census is low.
