This role focuses on consistently applying the 3-steps of servicewarm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. The Banquet Server role is designed for individuals who excel in providing seamless, high-quality service while managing the dynamic environment of private events. You will work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and efficiency./ppReporting Structure: Reports to the FB Director, Banquet Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager/ppDay to Day:/pulliUphold service training standards, providing exceptional service throughout all events./liliExecute FB orders, ensuring a high level of attentiveness and responsiveness./liliMaintain knowledge of menus, including special event features and dietary accommodations./liliGreet members and guests warmly, making them feel welcomed and valued./liliFoster a positive atmosphere through effective communication and proactive service./liliAddress any member/guest complaints swiftly using service recovery techniques./liliPrepare and set up banquet areas, ensuring they are organized, clean, and ready for service./liliComplete daily side work, such as stocking supplies and cleaning work areas./liliSupport event setup and breakdown, including table arrangements and dcor, as needed./li/ulpAdditional Duties:/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./li/ulpAbout You Preferred:/pulliA high school diploma or equivalent./liliCurrent Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations./liliPrevious experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting./liliCompletion of Inviteds FB Service Training program./liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively./liliAbility to follow instructions and communicate well with team members./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./liliAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulpPrimary Tools/Equipment:/pulliTrays/liliPOS System/liliBottle Opener/liliWine Tool/liliBanquet Chairs and Tables/li/ulpWork Schedule:/pulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulpWhat We Offer:/pulliWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
